We loved the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the outside sitting area. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and were helpful, recommending lesser-known places to visit and organizing transport. The location was perfect, with a good supermarket just 5 minutes away. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the organized tours and day trips.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing suggestions on activities to do in the area. the location was great, as there was a good supermarket nearby for convenience.
The hotel complex was in dire need of some maintenance. the outside sitting areas were unkempt and uninviting, and it was disappointing to see the lack of attention given to the first impression of the hotel.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the very friendly staff and the excellent communication before our arrival. The room was spacious and clean with a recently renovated bathroom. the restaurant on-site provided delicious dinner and breakfast options.
The initial appearance of the hotel complex was unattractive. It would benefit from a gardener and painter to improve the outside sitting areas and overall first impression.

The hotel's location can make it hard to find, with the streets being poorly marked.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the staff was absolutely incredible. Not only did they speak excellent English, but they also provided us with valuable suggestions on places to visit in the region. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It was evident that the hotel pays attention to detail and ensures guests have everything they need. Lastly, the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to various attractions. I also have to mention the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant – it was an absolute delight. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the incredible view we had during our tour to Ughtasar to see the petroglyphs. the hotel provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.
All in all, I had a great stay and couldn't find any major issues with this hotel.
